San Jose Field Office
Got EAD in July after calling USCIS about 20 times and finally one day a nice officer picked up the phone and helped me scheduled a bio appt. Called USCIS again after bio appt to expedite EAD.

updated to approval 14 days after interview. The officer was very nice. he only asked me the information on 485 like address, when did I arrive in US, what visa I hold for all this time in US, how did I met my husband, what's our weekend plan, did we meet each other's parents etc. He asked my husband among all the women in Bay area how he decided to marry me, most memorable travel together, anything surprised him before/after we live together etc

hello my interview was on the same day as yours got a rfe (about me being here legaly f1)responded with in 3 days nothing ever since then did you recive a rfe ?
