Dear I-360 (VAWA) filers, I would like to thank everyone in this community who shared information and support. I am truly grateful.
It has been the toughest 5 years of my life, but hopefully, it is coming to an end. It has been 1 year since my I-360 got approved, and there is no update on my I-485. I learned that my case has been transfered to Baltimore Field Office. How can I expedite? What do you think I should do?

@fg tre Thank you for your question. Here is my actual timeline: Confusion, distress, adultry, domestic abuse 2018. Therapy, Consulting to lawyers , Therapy, Divorce application , Therapy , Preparation for I-360 application 2019, Pandemic, Lack of work authorization and unable to leave the USA, Divorce, PTSD, and I-360 application in 2020. Does it make 5 years now?

@god god He had no experience in I-360, he made many mistakes, he was definitely not a good lawyer for this application.

If you have valid reasons to reach out to USCIS or expedite, I learned that the only way is through your congressman. There is a section about immigration on your congressmen’s webpage.
Also, I took consultation from attorney Jen Hanna from Wisconsin, she is experienced in I-360 and she was very helpful.

@VAWA A It is frustrating… Reach out to your congressman. Congressional office is allowed to reach out to USCIS and ask questions for your name. Explain the problem! They may help you.
