S SSJan 26, 2024
I have also completed 515 days and still counting 🙂 mine is also EB1A case. my case is now @ Brooklyn FO non-local. May I please know if your case was always @ NBC from the beginning? My PD is 2016.
m sJan 26, 2024
@Zaryab S PD is May 2022, i’m ROW

@S SS I waited for i140 approval before filing AOS so my case was always at NBC, and only moved to Chicago FO on June 1st 2023 and has been there since according to Emma live chat

@m s Thanks for sharing. We have to be positive. They will approve us soon.

how do you check which FO is your case? @S SS @m s
S SSJan 26, 2024
@Zaryab S Call the service center number and ask them in which FO or service center you case is currently. When you call you have to say “Infopass appointment” when the automated voice asks you question. it’s a 1-800- number which you can find in your RFE/transfer letter.

when i look at my lawfully analysis it really seems like the bulk of cases submitted to NBC in dec 2022 are majorly stalled. sept 2023 has almost twice as many approvals as dec 2022. i just don’t get it, it seems that there’s no rhyme or reason to the order they adjucate cases and it’s just luck of the draw. truly an awful mess of a system. i hope yours processes soon

@Laura S True it’s a game of probability. Basically they are overwhelmed with a deluge of applications. Almost a month back I sent my medicals and not even a message I received from them that they received it. If I call them they say very bluntly to wait for 60 days to find out if they received it or not. I raised a service request close to two months back because my AP processing time exceeded the current processing time but no response. I called up and they raised another service request saying that the first service request have not been responded and told me to wait for another 30 days to get response for this new service request. Incredible.
