you are almost there. most I-130 cases take about 10-13 months to process, you are definitely on that time frame. good luck!

@André P. Your approval is on the corner. Mine’s January 27th as I-130 PD doing by adjustment of status. I’m still waiting

when we checked our processing time it said 6 weeks, and 2 days later AOS was approved…we were coming up on a year since the initial filing. so I would not pay any attention to those timelines..
