Daughter's Ead application
I checked my USCIS account today and the EAD status changed to 'New Card Being Produced' for myself and my wife. My daughter's application did not change from "case received."
I filled our I485 and I 765 together and was received on March 22, 2021. We all did the biometrics together the same day on June 29. I have a pending I-140 (EB2-NIW, Texas) with a receipt date of December 28, 2020. Questions:
1) Is USCIS going to process my daughter's ead?
2) When is that likely going to be, if "yes" to questions 1?
3) Any idea when USCIS will send rfe for medicals for our 1-485?
4) Has anyone with a pending I-140 ( eb2 NIW, Texas), December 28, 2020, received approval?

I filled my I-765 on March 24,2021 and till now my case fingerprints applied

my case was received on 12/29/2020 and so far I haven't had any approval, I haven't even received the combo card and we haven't done the fingerprint yet, we are also waiting for some release

I have the same problem. My EAD was approved a a month ago but my wife and my 2 kids was not approved yet. my PD is February 2021. I am still waiting ….

I submitted for spouse, 2 kids and myself in Oct 2020. It’s remains in case received status for kids and remains in biometrics received for the adults online. when called at least they confirmed, they received biometrics for everyone.

Lucas Oliveira and SK, I don't know why USCIS is doing that. The daughter needs to use the ead for ssn, for school purposes. I hope they'll approve it soon.

@Stage, my kids are in school. We mainly need AP for us to travel to home country. I even submitted medicals in Sep thinking they May straight issue the GC. Unfortunately I am waiting still after submitting second service request for EAD/AP as it has gone outside processing for 2 months now. Waiting and waiting…

Why it is so random? eb2 niw i140, i485 and i765 PD Feb 1st. Texas center.
I just got appointment for bio on Nov 29! No EAD yet.
