my pd is 23 February,2023. so, can i eligible to file yet for i have to wait till it changes? can someone please explain thanks

@gs s visa bulletin Filing date is January/01/2023.. you can’t file right now.. you need to be wait. very soon you will get your filing date available.

my pd is August 25 2021 they took my fingerprints three years a ago for I-485 @SIJ (EB4)

I will advise you file now so that you will be inline hopefully the pd moves forward and you are already waiting, it make you process a lil bit faster

no @Mensah Aminu don’t apply now they will only take your money and reject your application, wait until your PD comes in date of filing
