You're work permit had not been approved yet, what about DACA itself?
if I'm correct, DACA was suspended around July 2001. looks like you got your submission before before the pause date.

Submit inquiry with USCIS, also with local congress. Also you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

@Mark Kim it's a lot of money to sue USCIS . You can't do it yourself you'll need a lawyer for that.
