when doing the d260 forms do you put all people who are living at the address where I am intending on living, along with the spouse or just the spouse?

Hi there! On the DS260 form, when asked for the "Name of person currently living at address," you should list the primary person responsible for the place, usually the owner or leaseholder.
If your spouse is the main resident, put their name. If you're staying with a family member or friend, list their name instead. No need to include everyone living there. Hope this helps. I shared this info based on my experience and knowledge and some help from SkipLegal. Good luck!
