It just means a visa number is available to you. They can still work on your case when you're not current, but they can't give the final approval if a visa number isn't available

@Bill : ) they asked if I was still working for the employer, which I am, and then he went over the forms and asked questions about those, like address, previous status before applying to the process, when was the last time I went out of US, nothing much. It was like a 40 mins interview, very chill to be honest.
