CSC times seem to be slowing again.
My attorney said since my husband was from a low fraud country (UK) that would help our case go through a bit quicker. Anyone e have any insight?

Did you guys see that the CSC processing times changed on the uscis website? They're now quoting a processing time of 6.5-8.5 months with an inquiry date of July 14, 2021.

I hadn't seen that, but thank you! I'm now trying to submit a case enquiry, although it says one has already been submitted? 🤔 Maybe by my lawyers, I'll have to check. But thanks again for the notification... renewed by hopes.. 👍

Yes! chased via congressman and also put in a service request, everything suddenly moved at the end of April. Got a request for evidence, supplied the required evidence and I130 was approved the day after. Case is at NVC now and just waiting for my police certificate to arrive before we can move on with required documents and visa application. Then it’ll be back to waiting a few months again! But all moving forward now. Any movement with you?
