Mine is “Fingerprints were taken” on Jan 2023 to “Case remains pending” on May2023. Nothing so far. No RFE. No interview.

@ mine was fingers to crp to fingers when my pd became current then stuck!!

My PD June 2021 and my Case transferred to LIN to NBC on June 2022 and From July 2022 Case remains pending so then no update so far.. No rfe , No interview Schedule .. Stuck at NBC's Black hole 🕳 .

CRP, case ready for interview, interview was scheduled, and interview completed

my fingerprint taken status has been since Oct 2022 till now. nothing is updated. I submitted the second service request in the end of July. I chatted to emma. 2 ladies said the target date for responding service request will be on Oct 13. 😌😌hope they reach out soon

my PD is March 2021, After I submit my RFE ” medical, and school transcripts” on July 2024, and case is pausing since visa is not available. And after a week, on July 2024 also, case updated to Fingerprints related to you form I485 were taken again. So, it is very the good new if your case move to CRP to second Fingerprints were taken. My case I-485 is just approved on August 2025. Your turn is around.

@waiting unskilled eb3 request wont work. i submitted on May 6th. never heard back from them. I reached out to congressman and then they transferred my case to local field office after a week and now stuck at FO now…

@Gc 0321 so far I have seen people that have their status switch from crp to fingerprint after Pd become current move to the next status pretty fast. Not stuck for months like I am now so that’s why I am concerned

@JUNE 2021 What was your last Case update before getting Interview Schedule.. Are you working with same employer ?? and lastly where is your I485 processing??

@Appa Appa I did Service Request and got referral number and mentioned My Service Request was assigned to NBC and also did Senator Inquiry no update or response till now.. Case remains pending since july 2022 no update , like rfe or interview Schedule neither transferred to FO..

@Shweta P reaching out to congress people is a hit or miss. I am grateful that mine kinda works but it still not getting anywhere. We are screaming and no one give a sh*t now. Been current since April

@PD: Oct 2021 yes working with same employer.. but now I am thinking about to work part time .. Is there will be any problem working part time with sponsorship company while i485 is pending ?? Already work for 3 years ..

@Shweta P i don’t think there will be problem as long as employer is willing to hire you back or sign 485j incase you have interview. I myself left after working 5 months with my employer saying I’ll be back later

@Shweta P if you’re employer agrees that you can come back later then you should be able to leave. you already worked enough

@Shweta P there’s no law saying you can’t. The EAD you have can be used to work anywhere
