CRP :MSC23903593xx a year has passed pending i485
I did service request, talked to tier officer2 and also raised my voice through congressman but nothing is helping to get my gc. When you have tried all the path and still status says CRP even though you are current for 2 and half months and pd is sept 22, how frustrating this waiting process and life to get gc.

@Yas I yes, last year struggled with retrogression and now waiting for visa number even though you belong to ROW and current from this year. I hope they won’t keep us waiting too long before we die.😁

Yeah..it is frustrated...We are waiting since Last november which was the month our PD become current. PD was july 2022

@g c, I see. USCIS can be very funny. But all I know is that you will get your GC before end of fiscal year - unless they don't want to use the available visa.
Do you think this delay is due to track in EB2-NIW RoW? or just the delay of resuming processing after someone enters CRP?

@gc how did you get a callback from tier 2 officer? I tried doing that too and they refuse to schedule it. also what was the actual reply to the SR ? that you're still in normal processing time or some other generic answer?
