Today is my 47th day on CRP. Meanwhile EB1 is always current for ROW

ıt’s been 48 days. last updated as taken biometrics and my filed still is in national benefit center. @aa aa @Jaja Opobo

@Jaja Opobo @aa aa I have seen two cases in my block move from CRP to new card being produced. And as soon as the status changed to new card being produced the number of pending cases reduced by 2. This happened last week.

34th days in CRP, Now we’re in the middle of October and I don’t see too many approvals for EB2NIW, Maybe they are waiting for Kamala o Trump 😂

@K K lol i have been on CRP for 10 months, join the club. i did everything from reaching out to congressman, senator, ombudsman, service request. nothing has worked so far.

@aa aa no update so far just CRP. the sad thing is that I have seen a case which went on CRP and even submitted the I-485 after mine get approved just yesterday.

23 days in CRP. PD- 10 Oct 2018 I 485 filed - Dec 14 ,2023 EB1C - INDIA. EAD , AP approved by Feb 2024 Biometrics May 12, 2024 Case remains Pending - Sep 23,2024 Waiting 😔😕! Thinking to write to congressman , but not sure how to present the case in terms of reason for seeking intervention- any one in same boat ?
