@Sunrise soon @Allie O i failed to get the answer in 1st two attempts. 3rd time the agent was helpful and gave me the information. as I submitted my RFE for medical on November 6th and didn't get any update-rather case move from RFE sent to CRP so I asked "can I know whether my case was reviewed recently by an agent" as I didn't get any RFE response. then answered my question. after that asked when I submitted my RFR and I answered. then server shut down.

Emma refuse to answer mine as employment based, say they can only answer to them

I was told by an agent today that there are no more visas available. Dates have retrogressed. PD OCT 2022, CRP OCT 2023 ROW.

@squeaks p how come an agent says that when there is no published article on retrogression again. However, if it happens again and retrogressed to Oct 2022, still September 2022 cases will be happy and there will be conflict of interest because some people already approved even for November 2022.

I am hoping it isn’t true, however when I asked my lawyer she indicated the same. I think it will be shown in the next visa bulletin.

my case was transferred from TSC to NBC in Sept 2023, and there is little to no approval on the SRC receipt numbers.
