@Yas I if they were going according to the priority date that would be understandable. People who just became current this April are getting approved, while we that applied earlier aren’t moving. At this, there’s no point of visa bulletin. Because why wait till your current, then still have to wait a whole year before you get the green card.

@Yas I Literally! I’ve deleted this app a few times out of frustration. Especially when people that applied after me already have their green card. Nothing works. I’ve called, sent case inquiry, asked about expediting, but all weren’t successful. they keep saying it’s been assigned to an officer. is the officer sleeping or just not doing his job because it’s not making any sense! Exactly! some are even getting RFE, or ready to be scheduled for interview when they were expecting approval. It sucks!

it’s not that easy! the earlier I can close this chapter of my life the better. I’ve waited 10 years and 3 months to get here.

I need mine to apply for grants for the business I built my case on. Also, have plans to go home this year, because I’m not risking it with AP.

@Geo Joh when did you file your application for Eb3? your comment history shows you applied before July 2023, but not sure how because Eb3 was not current on July 2023 and they were using FAD. when did your app go in Crp?

@alienatory savy I filed my I140, 1485, I131, and I765 in November 2021. My I-140 was refilled in September 2022 due to an error per lawyer. I140 got approved in December 2022. My I 485 was denied in March 2023 as it had not been attached to the new I140 filed in Sep 22. I had a Motion To Reopen and in May my case was reopened. Received RFE for medical and I485-J around June. I sent those and my case went to CRP in September 23 until yesterday.

guys with crp I tried my best from tier 2 officer to congress, I thought Uscis will take some action however nothing updates on my case rather they send email saying your service request was complete and they are aware that I am not regressed. I have been waiting for the gc endlessly and seeing my crp in the msc23903593 block and not moving makes me frustrated.

we need an attorney who can champion all of our CRP cases. something is seriously wrong here and USCIS is doing nothing because no one calls them out.

I am in the same boat, my PD is Sept 30, 2022. CRP since Dec 2023 and nothing yet. it’s so annoying
