CRP - tier 2 callback request response
I tried to get a callback from a tier 2 agent about my CRP case and got a VERY generic response that doesn't make sense (quote from email): "Thank you for your inquiry dated April 08, 2024. Regarding your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status (Employee). "As of December 6, 2023, your priority date no longer meets the cut-off date published in the Visa Bulletin, due to retrogression, your case must be held in abeyance until a visa once again becomes available. If the adjudication of your Form I-485 will not require an in-person interview at a USCIS office, then your case will be held at the USCIS Service Center where you initially filed your application." I am now current since Feb 2024 - yet the response is relevant to the day they moved me to CRP. it's like they don't care about anything. so sad :( Anyone with a different experience?

you should go through your congress representative and present the case. This is one of your options. send proof of evidence that your case is current. this happened to me, the system said there was no number available (mesning not current). my attourney sent a request to uscis with presented evidence. we never got a response, not sure if it helped, but I got approval a little under 3 months after sending the request with documentstion attached. also reached out to congress rep but the case had been approved when the rep office reached out.

@VCN EB how do you contacted congress rep , we need to physically go to their office or we can contact them online ? plus attorney should contact them or applicant ?

email.. depending on your state, they esch have dedicated forms. your attourney should be abke to guide you through.

@VCN EB what do you mean provide evidence? isn't the visa bulletin evidence that I'm current? well technically they respond to me with complete irrelevant answer, while it is true I was not current in Dec 2023, I am now. I never inquired about my situation in 2023 I inquired about my situation now, in April 2024. 😂 will appreciate any guidance you may be able to provide in that
