CRP - submitting a SR within normal processing time
So with my case on CRP and located at NBC I called today to understand what's normal processing time for NBC. They quoted me normal processing time based on a field office that doesn't have my case but is in the area I live in. the normal processing time for that FO is one of the highest of them all.
my question - can I just select a submission date that's earlier than my real submission date to submit the SR? it looks like a very stupid system but it's always scary to be "punished* for not following the guidelines.
Anyone tried that?

it auto populates submission date based on your receipt number , there is no way to game it

@Go Green got it! Well what about selecting a different field office with lower times?
