@K S The reason for the service request and explain them that your PD is not current and your spouse is ROW, so you want to apply cross chargeability to your case for prompt adjudication

@Shan Bet Appreciate your prompt reply! Were you asked for any additional documents by the officer? I'm from India and my wife is from ROW. My EB1 PD is December 2022. My case moved to CRP. I had to chat with Emma to request for a call from tier 2 officer. I'm waiting for a call from them. I called USCIS to check what's going on. My call was routed to a tier 1 manager and she advised me to send the documents to the field office proving that cross chargeability applies for my case. I had a chat with Emma after a week and the agent said my case moved to my local field office. No clue what's happening.

@K S I got the email from the field office and asked me to send in writing the cross chargeability request and we did that. Been a month now and we are waiting to hear. Since your case is already moved to a field office, I guess cross chargeability is applied. Which field office?

I got CRP when my case was at San Fernando Valley FO. It then moved to Helen FO. What about you? How many field offices did it move?

My case is also under cross chargeability and its moved to San Francisco FO on April 4 23. Its non local FO.

@Saher Mohammed @K S @P l Today my cases status again changed to 'correspondence received and uscis is reviewing...' after March. I sent medicals in Feb. I do not know why it happened
