CRBA form for child of US citizen born aboard
hi- anyone here applied for CRBA for their kid from pakistan? what’s the process ? can anybody help? as eCRBA appointment service is not working in pakistan -

CRBA form has a condition if you are citizen have lived more than 2 or 5 year continuously. im also US citizen in pakistan right now. I haven't lived in US for more than 1 year continuous so i applied for my son I-130

really? my husband is us citizen but he visited last October - after 2 year that means we can’t apply for crba

and he lived there 4 years , years continuesly in last 12 years - can I ask plz who guided u about this?

your husband needs to show that he lived in America, meaning he present here for 5 years.
