Service Center: Vermont -> approved at San Bernardino Field Office
Due to military works of my husband, we asked some help to expedite our case to congress (California). We submitted in their office last December 20, 2024 and they did a case inquiry to USCIS last January 07, 2025. An immigration officer called my husband today and they made a decision to approve our case.
Nothing is ipossible. Hoping that NVC will go smoothly this time. To those who are waiting, don't lose hope. You're next. 💌
Questions:
1. How many days will we receive the welcome letter from NVC upon approval from USCIS?
2. How many days will the NVC become documentary qualified (DQ)?
3. How many days will we wait to receive an innterview letter from NVC?

Answers:
Times vary based on NVC and Embassy in Beneficiary’s country
1. 3 weeks to a month after approval by USCIS you will recieve an email from NVC
2. About a week after, providonh all documents are uploaded promptly after getting access to your portal and fees are paid.
3. Interview letter recieved the following month, but interview date maybe weeks after the letter is recieved.
