😭 when I check the app it says 2 months until decision .. my husband is a citizen and it’s 2024 so I have a feeling it will be quicker

average wait time for I130 is around 11-14 months. and then the wait time for interview at embassy/consulate is around 6 months.

that progress time is inaccurate. it’ll keep changing. don’t rely on that. some cases are approved faster some take more time.

yes - filed it on 27th Feb 2024 and on 6th March 2024 it’s says it’s being actively reviewed by USCIS.. I have a feeling I should hear from them in 8-11 months

my god it’s so depressing.. I have a full time job here in a bank and everyone treats me like I am already leaving .. they keep asking me “ so when you leaving “ it’s just so weird to tell them “soon 🙄” we are going to file expedite today since he has a medical condition but it’s not that severe so we have like a 30% chance of approval but we are still going to give it a try

@Asha funk the time in " my progress" is inaccurate, I recieved an actively review too, 2 weeks after my aplication, now my case is almost 3 month and my progress display " your case is taking longer than expect". the Processing time for a i-130 is taking 11-14 month.

guys I have a question -when filing for I-130 in USCIS stage ….. did you guys upload the chats and call logs too or Just pictures of relationship and marriage are enough ? I see some people uploading the call logs and chats too .. I havnt done that and I don’t want to get RFE for it .. I uploaded that marriage certificate.. all his docs .. relationship pictures and wedding pictures.. 2 passport size photos as requested on the website
