CR1 / Tourist Visa
Hi guys, I applied for tourist visa 3 months ago and for CR1 visa 23 days ago, I would like to visit my husband in the USA while my I130 is pending.
Do you think they will accept my tourist visa?

I’ve read that it’s a big possibility that you will be denied bc with the I-130 you are trying to actually move & this tourist visa is saying you only want to visit, but I’ve read plenty of ppl stories who have been able to visit while waiting

I’ve been visiting my husband with an ESTA. no problems as long as you can prove ties to your home country, such as current employment and a mortgage.
