very nice! I’m in the same boat I-130 spouse I filed in October through attorney about 4.5 months in.
is this your approval for the whole process including interviews and visa?

no, sadly is just the 1st step since we choose consular process.
just the I-130 was approved, now we have to wait for NVC to creat our case so we can pay the fees and upload the documents they need.

please I want to know! the 334 days is it counted from the beginning when you filed the i130 or it’s counted from when the case changed to being actively reviewed by Uscis?

it is counted since the day we filed the I-130 , took almost a year for approval
