if you don’t want to comply then you cannot expect them to approve you…. they don’t want people to come with preexisting conditions that could be expensive like cancer, hiv etc…. I’m assuming you have had other vaccines as a kid/teenager? they ask for a long list of updated vaccines during the medical exam… religious beliefs and so on won’t work

I got my all other vaccine when I was kid and even when I go medical exam I got vaccine completely but not the Covid one thats crazy they re forcing for new sitoution and we even dont know what’s gonna happen after 15 years later because of this vaccine

vaccine are safe if you had them as a baby without your consent and now you're an adult to choose. why would you choose not to get vaccinated?

There’s a new one, novavax that isn’t an MRNA shot that I think you could do. there also is a waiver I believe but I think you have to prove that you disagree with vaccines in general. I have heard of people getting approved with a waiver. definitely google it if you feel strongly. wishing you all the best.

@Trista Nesmith I have one friend that’s a track and field athlete that got a massive blood clot in her shoulder at 25 years old and another friend that’s 35 that got a blood clotting disorder and miscarried 4 babies after having the vaccine. these are personal friends not stories I read online. don’t believe everything the CDC tells you…

Unfortunately you have to have it. It’s B.S. Makes no sense. I as a US citizen don’t have to have it, but my wife has to have it because she a foreigner. All my doctors told me they and their families will not get it and advised me not to get it. I also have 2 friends who are pharmaceutical scientist who also said the same thing.

If you have never received any vaccines in your life, you can send a letter and try explaining this. However, if you have received any vaccine, they will not accept it. My lawyer explained that either a person is against all vaccines or they are not against any. If you do not get vaccinated, your case will be denied. edit: I asked my lawyer because I had the same question.

Please remember the following information: You will be denied and considered inadmissible unless you submit a new application with an i601 waiver and wait for a minimum of two years to get approved. You will regret it. I had a friend who initially refused but then took the vaccine after one year.

@w s the waiver will not work because she has had other vaccines before; refusing the vaccine will be a straight denial.

@w s yh my thing is if they wanted to harm and kill us we would all be dead by now, but who am I to say. Either way, this is about accepting it or not. I wouldn't risk not taking it and being denied if I had to be with ny family. But we all have a choice. so think about it and decide.
