It's crazy how many and plenty are controlled by our government and are willing to be Guinea pigs for a Visa ..I will gladly refuse to me vaccinated 😊

it’s funny how you’re trying to tell the govt what’s right and what’s not. Don’t get vaccinated and submit your documentations for approval #tsk

Judith, I believe you can request an exemption on religious or health grounds.

you can only request waiver if you haven’t had ANY vaccinations based on your religion/morals. if you’ve had other vaccinations before and you don’t want to get vaccinated against covid specifically, you won’t be granted a waiver.

Gaff Vee I'm not trying to telll the government what's right or wrong! It was a simple question it wasn't a statement or suggestion.I know my rights as a U.S Citizen. And if the government once was vaccinating with aborted fetus cells what makes me.think this Covid 19 vaccination is any healthier .Oh but people now a days turn their face and vaccinate their children supposedly because they aren't able to register an unvaccinated child a school exception form does excist for those like me who choose TO not vaccinate. Government is all about money and if vaccinations do work then why are people worried about the unvaccinated ..I've been around children who are vaccinated and are always sick

AB I was Vaccinated as a child not by choice but by force. Now I'm older and haven't had not one Vaccination

then technically you can try submitting a waiver, but it will depend on the USCIS officer as they’re investigating each case thoroughly. I believe there’s also an additional fee for filing a waiver

AB yes I will submit a waiver and go from there ..

there's no way they will let the beneficiary enter without the vaccine, when you show up for medical you have to show proof of being up to date with all vaccines, including covid.

Tara M Beneficiary resides here in United States he's been here for 10 years

If he's ever been vaccinated and have no adverse reaction they will refuse him. You as the petitioner cannot sign a waiver on his behalf, his refusal because he don't trust it will not let them grant it to him. But wish you both all the best.
