it doesn’t mean anything, got the same notification on my vawa and my case was approved 18months after

I have that status for over 2 years now. I haven’t sent them anything either back then lol

this just happened to me right now.. so confused 😐 and I sent them nothing and the last update on my case was July 2023. Are they really reviewing ?

@Jack R that means two things, the first just your file is accepted to be studied, the second, they judged that your file meets the necessary conditions, but clearly it does not mean that they are working thoroughly on your file to take a decision... it is now that they will begin the verifications and investigations. good luck

@uscislin linuscis yes, I got the same status in both i485 and i360 at different times. On i485, I got the status about 5 months after I submitted my application. For i360, it changed to the status 18months after submitting the application. I didn’t send anything or receive anything from them when the status changed

I got two PF already and the correspondence was for i360 only

@Tata T I applied for EAD renewal about 4 months ago but I haven't got it yet.I used receipt for 540 day extension at work and they accepted.The correspondence received was about my change of address letter that I sent
