Correct Description of an I-140 Peritioner
Good afternoon all. I want to find out if filing I-140 makes one an applicant for immigration visa. If you are asked Yes or No if you are an applicant for immigration visa when you have a pending I-140, what answer would you give?

I am completing another form and one of the questions is Are you an applicant for immigration visa. I already filed I-140. I want to know if that automatically means I am an applicant for immigration visa or it is only when I file I-485.
