Nothing happened with inquiry they just say wait for 60 or 90 days then it passed and then again inquiry send and nothing happened

I sent my RFE to the USCIS 2 months ago and my case still didn't updated with the message that they received my RFE, I called them and they said I should wait 60 days, what should I do

@Evita B they asked me to fill out the updated 485 form and send medical, which I did, but my lawyer’s office forgot to send 😂

@God Bless America I see my REF was for criminal record but I don’t have any so I just send them proof of all my record I hope they replay soon. USPS tracking number confirmed USCIS received it 41 days ago, but they haven’t updated on their system.
I hope we get our approval soon 🤗

@Evita B Maybe some mistake
on their end, you’ll be fine if there is no criminal record. Usually after RFE it takes 60-90 days mostly, but will see how it goes with current admission.
