ok, I contacted congresswoman and it comes that now they can’t expedite my case due to USCIS is waiting to schedule finger prints for my daughter, she’s 15 now… i haven’t received any docs or notice about it. my i485 is frizzed since 2022. timeline is i485 2020, vawa approved on Oct 2023

Sounds like pretty long wait. There is an option to get a response from uscis within 60 days, do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se"
