Consulate transfer
Does anyone have an experience with transferring a case from one consulate/embassy to another - due to the original embassy not processing normal visas because of the ongoing civil war in country? i am a petitioner in NVC stage and looking for a transfer but worried that I am not a citizen or the resident of the other country that I’m looking to transfer to.
