Eb2 NIW here. I was DQ'd recently and it looks like most folks before us have been waiting for a year. Even if embassy is operational we are in the last priority. visa journey will give you a better idea with regards to recent trends with your specific consulates. Again, majority cases are family based and few of us opting consular processing under the employment route. good luck and buckle up for waiting
