your timeline is within normal process time, it's currently taking 32 month for VAWA, last time I check they are working on Dec 2020. unless you have an extraordinary exception, don't even bother, they won't answer your request.

there's no specific link, I just check people's experience when they provide their timeline. what I'm seeing is they are currently working between June 2020 - Dec 2020, so your time is coming soon.

Hi @Mandy Miss if you go to USCIS website (proccesing time) you can add your date and it will tell you when you can contact them regarding your case

@Mandy Miss you can try with senator ted cruz office they will do the request with USCIS and request it as a case Inquiry and you will get last updated notes on your case

@Favor Mercy, theae people treat case randomly u cant predict them atimes. I filled my VAWA in April 2021 and it has been approved already. Lets keep praying for the best soon.
