Confused
so I sent my daughter i485, i131 and i765 along with a copy of my i360 vawa receipt so I can start her process while we wait. she's in the US with me. I also sent the G-1450 form. they sent back saying payment is not needed and they destroyed my G-1450 form, however they also sent back the first 3 pages of the i485 form. what does that mean? I didn't receive any receipt or any explanation of why they sent back the first 3 pages of the i485. can someone please explain what's happening if you have any knowledge of what's going on

@shari Mc happened to me because you have previously applied for your I485 there some informations that they have already in their end and no needed from you that is what happened to me and my case is moving supper fast

@shari Mc if the vawa is in process or approved already just know they the vawa has the information that the first 3 pages has that is why

@shari Mc so I also have my vawa approved and I sent my medical exam for i485, also my son is here in the state should I apply for him now or that will delay my case I was waiting to get my green card first then i apply to him. or should I apply now and it has no effect on my green card timeline?

@tee m I don't think it will delay your case. I think you should go ahead a do your child AOS etc
