@Ola Ola I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-131, I-765. Medical is done by a civil surgeon and handed to you sealed to include to your application. I advise you use a lawyer to file this case.

@rocco forte thank you but I will do it myself. the lawyers are asking for ridiculous amount of money. I filed my greencard myself when I wanted to do it just that it’s been long I did. thank you.

@carol c kanseniya on YouTube is amazing, the fees are already a lot so unless your case is really difficult I would never recommend a lawyer after filing Everything on my own my brother asked me to help his with his and all went well, filing 1-130 online is the simplest one they walk you through it step by step and let you know if anything is missing.@Ola Ola file 1-130 online first and then focus on the AOS, when you receive your notice then start with the rest of paper work, Good luck 🙏🏾

also the i864 affidavit of support. best to send medical and other proof of bonafide marriage with initial package. my friend did and wishing 2 months she got her GC because they didn’t have to send any RFE

I also suggest to send all the forms together, concurrently filling. You don't need to send i-130 first, you can send it with the other forms since she is here in the usa

@Ola Ola I did 1-130 online well my husband did with my help, when you get to the 1-130A section you will be promoted to fill that out, print the form fill it out have your husband sign and scan and upload as instructed. I got my notice in the mail a week later then filled the AOS forms and added my notice to the top, make sure to down load adobe to fill out affidavit of support form as number for $$ and household size can’t be written in and will be changed automaticly. Start on the medical right away as that take about 2 weeks to get back from the doctor you will find all that info on uscis website. Create an account for your 1-130 filling then as the petitioner, when your husband files his AOS he will get his notice to create his account.
