Concurrent filling for EB1a
can I file concurrent for EB1a. I plan to submit next wee, am a little bit confused about the date of filing and the priority date. The date of filing is current on the visa bulletin but the priority date is August 2022. I just wanted to know if I can put in a concurrent application (i140, i765, i131, I 485).

There is a note at the end of the bulletin that you use the final action dates for filing. The dates for filing bulletin normally is being used by NVC or the state department while the final action bulletin is being used by USCIS.

As I have explained the NVC(consular processing) is using the dates for filing chart so even though its current there you cannot file because you are here in the US. USCIS uses the final action dates table in determining if you can now file or not it will depend on which country are you from. Look at the table for final action date to make your life easier do not stress too much on the other table that is for National Visa Center.
