my baby has already did her birth abroad she is now a citizen but I can't seperate her with her mother. and the embassy rejected her twice for the turist visa and said she don't qualify for it because she is married to me. I am a us citizen. they said she needs to wait for the immigrant visa

I just don't understand. but it's hard leaving them. I hated seeing there face of disappointment when I had to leave. I cant keep doing this

the embassy even gave me a email that she can do a turist visa while her immigrant visa is pending but when we hot there it was not like that. I spent so much money on tickets and this going back and forth.
