CONCERN RAISED ON I485
Good night everyone. I reached out to a very kindhearted agent today and she told me that my interview was waived on November 18, 2022. My case was transferred to LA Local Field Office and placed in the hands of an adjudicating officer on December 7, 2022. Now am only waiting for my i485 case to actively Reviewed. IF THERE HAS EVER BEEN ANYONE IN SUCH SITUATION, HOW LONG DOES THIS TAKE?

as soon as your I-130 is approved you should expect 485 to be approved within a month form there, assuming your submitted medical initially

mine was waived in July 22 and I guess adjudicating officer is sleeping! I been waiting till now

I had already submitted medical from last year. I just don't understand how USCIS want to raise their fees, and their services are really INEFFICIENT.
