Hello@Gracious Grace Can you just stop by your previous address and ask new tenants if they have your mail? A friend of mine did this and got his Greencard which went to his previous address.

does the usps tracking show that the mail has been dropped off at your old address? this is based on what I know from my friend’s case whose card was also sent to former address- if usps tracking shows the card has been dropped off, you can try contacting someone to go and ask the new tenant if they have received your card and either send to your new address or return to sender (uscis). once it’s been returned to uscis, you can then request to send card to your new address. another way is to let uscis know that the card is “lost” and you will have to apply for replacement - you may need to call uscis or ask emma to ask how this is done.

@Hopefully hopeful @Y H I forgot to mention that I went to my old apt, the current resident said he didn't get anything in my name ... I chatted with Emma and said i should write Vermont center for any inquiry. I have filled the AR-11 and sent to Vermont to first update my address while I figure out how to request for a replacement. Please I need advise on how to request for replacement. Thanks

Finally I got my combo card today, the resident at my old apartment called me to come pick it ...I am so happy, thanks @Y H @Hopefully hopeful.
