@Domino yup same here i got a rfe in october and they received it in november and they sent me the next notice in march so it took 5 months

congratulations!! I’m celebrating with you!!! but @ A &A I don’t think NBC is on a roll , they are skipping applications. My PD is July 30, 2021 and all I’m seeing and hearing are radio silence.

did you expedite your request?

I submitted a ticket for the over 60 days since they received the evidence for the I-485. Nothing has happened with that yet.

@sid n I submitted an expedite request last week but not sure if that did it.

@E S did you try to reach out to your congressman? i had 2 put in 2 service request almost 3 but on the 3rd i dint on the 3rd i almost had to contact my congressman i filled out their privacy release form and on the same day i was getting ready to send it in uscis sent me my next notice

I reached out to congressman on Monday and by Monday night I got an email back saying they submitted an inquiry for me, but not sure if that actually went through before it got approved. I submitted an expedite request last week but only got the confirmation yesterday, but didn't get requested for evidence.

I submitted my job offer to the congressman’s office as requested, not sure if that’s going to be enough for them to expedite.

Great! I am too. But I’m trying to be proactive and apply for jobs but most of the job applications are requesting SSN, how were you able to secure a job offer?

I have ssn , they don’t need ssn until you accept the offer and they need paperwork for onboarding
