@ak i can relate and I know the depression is there. So register for English class or do volunteering to help you forget about it. I was on Lawfully everyday for hours trying to understand. I followed someone advise and stop be crazy about it. I almost give up everything to go back to my country! but thanks to God I did not. The day you will receive the notification Card is being produced you will be relieved.

the timeframe for 80% of the case is 8.5 month but some got approved way before. so lucky ? not really but still happy I got it because some have been waiting way longer than me

@azil i did 3 expedites by myself for financial loss all denied and the last one was denied last week. So I was disappointed and did not expect an approval.

@azil I did two by phone and one by EMMA. Only the one through EMMA asked for evidence but then since I’ve sent the evidence no answer back for months so I put an inquiry and they asked a tier 2 officer to call me. It was disappointing because he was giving the same information I could have found by myself. I was so dissatisfied and let 2 weeks go and tried again and again. The first one through phone didn’t get me nothing. Only the second one and third give answer back. But still I was chatting with Emma and calling sometimes because of my critical financial situation but nothing always wait, everything is being processed normally 😒😒 they don’t know the struggles we are dealing with!

don’t try to understand USCIS there is no logic in there process. We just have to wait and hope that someone will work on our case.
