3 years. my lawyer advised me when the date came for me… to start getting everything in order at the 2.5 year mark, so when the 3 year anniversary came around, you can have everything ready to send to uscis. and not waste any more time.

@GZ D You can apply at the end of 2 years and 9 month mark from the issued date technically.

it’s 3 years but you don’t have to wait for the entire 3 years you can apply when you are at 2yrs 9months

@Najla Mixson were you still married to your spouse when you applied? I read if you are divorced, it has to be 5 years.
