citizen base on marriage 3year rule
hello Folks, What are some of the documents to submit the N400 using the 3year rule? ( Yes still married and stay together). also, How early can you file? Is it easier to file via online compared to mailing the package? I look forward to your answers.

How long does it take for your N400 to be processed? what service center?

u don’t submit passport photo for n-400. I just helped my friend filed 3 months ago and no photo included. she got approved on the spot + same day ceremony in 3 months in Jacksonville, FL

few questions please.
we are going through the N400 form but can’t see where the US citizen spouse is to sign. does the form not have a spot for the US citizen to sign like the I751? want to be sure to do the right thing.
