Chat with a live agent
Go to “Ask Emma” and you can chat with a live USCIS agent. this way you don’t have to wait on the phone. Tell Emma “live agent” and she will connect you with an officer. you can make an expedite request and schedule a Tier 2 call back there as well.
please don’t come at me if you already knew this. this is for those who don’t know.

I tried doing that but it doesn’t give me the option to talk with a live agent :/ do you know what I need to do?

brittney… the best time is 8am and just keep repeating ‘talk to a live agent’ until it asks you what about.

@Brittney Evans, with Emma just keep trying different day/time, it will work. if over the phone, just say technical issue, the robot will connect you with the agent

just say it I need to get my receipt number I call them every week and that's how I get contact with agent

Emma always work for me . just make sure you contact emma

no live agent on weekends.
you can also type
expedite-> then choose greencard-> then it will bring you to connect to live agent .
