when I chat live agent im the beneficiary - I am not petitioner,,,, they asked me your petitioner will contact us... not yet and Which service center is processing my case.... they will stop my chat is that any problem........

Only the petitioner can use Emma chat. What I do when I use the chat, as a benifitiary, is to give the info of the petitioner (my husband). When they ask for name, address, phone, email you give the petitioner's information, don't give yours

But I chat with live agents all the time and it has never been a problem as a beneficiary. I only give them my details and not my husband’s details

you have to give details matching with your online uscis account. it can b either beneficiary or petitioner. they will run that in the system if it matches they will respond to your request.

I think you are only allowed to get information on your i485 as the beneficiary, only the petitioner can inquire about i130.
