have you think about use the mail forwarding from USPS? I had the same question before but I think
it’s hard to have a right answer
Wow USCIS Jan 1, 2024
USPS doesn’t forward mail from government agency , usps will simply return the mail incase you didn’t change of address with USCIS.

USPS does not forward government mails. It's clearly written on the USCIS website

yes @Green Tea is right usps will not forward any information to USCIS. my concern is changing location with USCIS because we are required to with in 10 days!

No issue. Also, you’re required by law to update USCIS of any change of address within a certain time period if you’re in the US.

I don’t think changing the address will help any way to trigger the process but you are required make an update on Uscis.
