changing an AOS petition from F2A to IR

hi, my spouse is now a US citizen. my i-485 is pending because there are no visa available. how can i request them to change my case to a spouse of a US citizen? thanks

i have same situation since last year august. My lawyer has sent NBC letters 2 times but still they havent updated my case 485 case. Not sure whats going on or what else i can do.
