@27 janvier My aunt Cbp request went through but her two kids won’t go through. it keeps saying record not found and everything is correct. the doctor sent the medical result last week Wednesday, today makes it 1 week. my aunt already got her travel authorization but the kids Cbp request won’t go through. what can I do for it to go through

@27 janvier I called uscis and they said I was supposed to add the kids to the travel group in Cbp. how do I add travel group members in CBP?

@27 janvier I had put in a group. the two kids are under my aunt in a travel group. everything is correct. I sent a message to uscis and she sent a message to USCIS and all they keep saying is that they received the attestation. it’s still saying record not found for the 2 kids

@27 janvier on the USCIS website it says if everything is correct and I’m still seeing record not found, It’s because uscis is unable to confirm if they did the medical exams. the doctor said they submitted the medical results over a week ago

@27 janvier they tried it on 3 different phones. they deleted the app and redownloaded again too. nothing is working
