Forty-five days in “Correspondence Was Received and USCIS Is Reviewing It” after sending medicals is still normal, especially for EB-3 ROW. That status simply means the field office received your I-693 and placed your file back into the final review queue. Many people remain in that stage for 1 to 3 months before the next update. Since your PD has been current for months and you already submitted medicals, you are likely in the final stage. The next update is usually either “New Card Is Being Produced” or an interview notice. @Manifest Law I sent my medical on Oct 28/2025 they updated my status in Jan 16/2026 to Corespondence was received and USCIS IS REV IT still waiting it’s almost 4 and half months now
