Forty-five days in โCorrespondence Was Received and USCIS Is Reviewing Itโ after sending medicals is still normal, especially for EB-3 ROW. That status simply means the field office received your I-693 and placed your file back into the final review queue. Many people remain in that stage for 1 to 3 months before the next update.
Since your PD has been current for months and you already submitted medicals, you are likely in the final stage. The next update is usually either โNew Card Is Being Producedโ or an interview notice. If you pass about 90 days from the January 10 update with no movement and your case is outside posted processing times for your field office, then it would make sense to submit an inquiry.

@Almost done ๐๏ธ๐๏ธ ๐๏ธ๐๏ธ hi, did you get any updates on your case ?
I responded on my medical RFE, on march 13 case update to RFE was received , nothing after that!
I called to uscis and they said that my case moved from NBC to local field office, no schedule for interview yet!
