case was reopened I-130
My I-130 was reopened over 100 days ago for Humanitarian Reinstatement. USCIS says they mailed a notice, but it was never received.
Has anyone experienced this? After โCase Was Reopened,โ how long did it take to receive a decision or approval?

Hey Argenis, I know of someone who did not receive it. He was able to access the CEAC portal to pay fees and upload docs. He did his interview and got his immigrant visa. They asked for the notice during the interview, but since he did not have it, they looked and found the one they got from USCIS.

Hey. Are you referring to the notice after a reset case is reopened? That notice they said they were going to send hasn't been received yet, even though it's been 5 months since the case was updated to "case was reopened."@Dahna B-rightful ๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐บ๐ธ โค๏ธ

Oh, yes, no notice from USCIS but they kept checking the CEAC portal to see what was happening there.

Oh, in this case, they're still reviewing it and then they'll send it to NVC

Yes, itโs absolutely possible to move from a cap-exempt H-1B to an O-1A, and people in cybersecurity have done it.
